Classic Mat: This class follows the same sequence of exercises in the order that Joe intended. It is a traditional mat class where the emphasis is on abdominal strength, balance and coordination, while teaching the fundamental principles of Pilates: centering, breath, concentration, precision and flow. We also use weights, bands and rings to enhance the standing Pilates arm series.
Group Reformer: Group reformer classes at Sculpt present a unique opportunity to experience the ingenious reformer in an intimate yet, affordable group setting. Performing current and classic Pilates exercises, you will improve your strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and posture with unlimited possibilities for advancement.
Teen Reformer: This is a Pilates reformer class for boys and girls ages 12-18. We teach the fundamentals of Pilates and enhance the class with functional exercises that enhance strength, balance, coordination and posture. See our youth class link for more information.
