At Sculpt we are proud to educate teenagers about the biomechanics of the human body and the importance exercising with correct form. Pilates for teens will provide them with an opportunity to participate in a fun, creative program, based on the fundamentals of Pilates and designed to build a solid foundation for any fitness endeavor. The class will promote a healthy lifestyle, teach injury prevention, develop core strength and bolster self esteem.
